Intimate Wellbeing – Cass and Leah

Cass and Leah are the co‑founders of Intimate Wellbeing, Canada’s only boutique and national community dedicated exclusively to the intimate health and sexual wellness of midlife women.

Both women are living the midlife experience themselves, which makes them deeply relatable to the audience they serve. They’ve built a trusted platform that blends real‑life authenticity with evidence‑based expertise—partnering with physicians, psychologists, pelvic health physiotherapists, and sexual health educators to deliver credible information and high‑quality, body‑safe products.

Intimate Wellbeing’s curated collection focuses on vulvar, vaginal, and pelvic health, with offerings that support sensual, sexual, and therapeutic wellbeing. Their coined “Midlife Trifecta”—hydrate, lubricate, and vibrate—guides their product curation and education efforts.

Their initiatives aim to normalize conversations around sexual wellness, dismantle stigma, and empower women to embrace midlife with confidence.

As community partners, Cass and Leah bring a unique mix of candor, compassion, and credibility—bridging the gap between science and everyday experience in women’s sexual health.

Melanie supports women across the menopause transition as a dietitian and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

Leaving her hospital job in clinical dietetics to start a virtual practice and help the people-over-forty crowd with their nutrition, Melanie realized many women were caught off guard by perimenopause symptoms – and it made eating the way they needed to feel their best difficult.
