Trish The Menopause Coach is the home of holistic menopause wellness. Trish offers holistic menopause and emotional wellbeing coaching programmes to help professional and busy women naturally overcome emotional symptoms of menopause such as anxiety, depression, low mood, panic attacks, overwhelm, lack of motivation and low confidence alongside physical challenges.
