About: Lareina is in her final year of undergraduate studies at UBC, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies. Her research interests center around how women’s sexual health and wellbeing are influenced by factors such as the menstrual cycle and contraceptive use, and how these factors might affect women’s experiences within relationships. Lareina is currently a Directed Studies student and is excited to gain hands-on research experience. Lareina plans to pursue graduate studies in Clinical or Counselling Psychology after her undergraduate degree.
