Research Assistant
Yana graduated from UBC in 2019 with a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology. Her research interests include understanding how cognitive processes can influence our arousal and/or attraction, how maladaptive thought patterns can impair sexual response and sexual well-being, interventions for alleviating distracting cognitions and thoughts, cultural differences in sexuality, and the influence of body image and disordered eating on sexual function. Yana is currently assisting on research for an online alternative to eye-tracking. [CV]
