Aly Moscowitz

About: Aly graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in May 2020. Outside the SWell Lab, Aly has gained research experience in help-seeking behaviours and disparities in mental health care for marginalized groups, as well as the cognitive neuroscience of schizophrenia. Within the SWell Lab, she is most heavily involved in the Sexual Opinions, Attitudes, and Knowledge (SOAK) study as well as participant recruitment via social media for lab-wide studies. Her research and clinical interests include eating disorders, trauma, interpersonal dysfunction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and depression. She hopes to continue her passion for mental health by pursuing graduate and PhD level degrees in Counselling or Clinical psychology.
